At Bright Wolf Clothing, we combine efficient shipping services to enhance the shopping experience for all our customers. Our services include thorough product inspection, premium packaging, package insurance, timely dispatch, and regular communication at each stage of the shipping process.

We believe shipping is an integral part of the online shopping experience. After placing an order, the most common question is: “When will I receive my order?”

At Bright Wolf Clothing, we are committed to delivering your order in an organised and timely manner.

  • Each order is processed within 3–9 business days.
  • Due to courier operations, zone-based logistics, and limited delivery partners, delays may occur.
  • You will be notified at every stage — order placed, processed, shipped, and delivered.
  • After dispatch, orders typically reach their destination within 1–4 business days.
  • We work with leading courier and logistics service providers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

From the time the order is placed, you can expect delivery within 12–15 business days.

Express Shipping

Express shipping refers only to faster transit, not faster processing.
Processing time remains 2–3 working days or more.
With Express Shipping, delivery occurs in 2–4 working days after dispatch instead of standard delivery timelines.

Returns & Replacement

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you face any issues, please contact us with your order number (available in your email receipt), and we will assist you accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery, we will replace it.
  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof.
  • Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process a replacement.

Wrong Product Received

  • If an incorrect product is delivered, it will either be fixed or replaced.
  • If repair is not possible, a new product will be manufactured and sent.

Order Timeline

  • Orders will not be cancelled due to extended shipping timelines.
  • If an error occurs from our end, no re-shipping charges will be levied.

Refund Policy

Bright Wolf Clothing reserves the right to offer store credit if an item is out of stock or in exceptional circumstances.

Store credit:

  • Valid for 1 year
  • Redeemable once the product is back in stock
  • Refunds are initiated only in exceptional cases, at the sole discretion of Bright Wolf Clothing

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • All eligible returns and exchanges are processed within 7 business days of receiving the product at our warehouse.
  • You must raise a return request by emailing info@brightwolfclothing.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Product packaging, labels, and tags must be intact.
  • Product must be unused and in perfect condition.
  • Exchanges are processed only after quality inspection.
  • It may take 15–20 working days for the return package to reach us, and an additional 2–3 working days to dispatch the replacement.

Overview

Our return and exchange window is 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, returns or exchanges cannot be processed.

To be eligible:

  • Product must be unused
  • Must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is mandatory

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Certain health & personal care items
  • Perishable goods
  • Intimate, sanitary, hazardous, or flammable products

Sale Items

Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged items.
  • To request an exchange, email brightwolfclothing@gmail.com.
  • Product must be shipped to the provided warehouse address.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, store credit will be issued upon return.
  • If the gift was shipped to the purchaser, the store credit or refund (if applicable) will be issued to the purchaser.

Shipping Returns

  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Bright Wolf Clothing does not guarantee receipt of returned shipments.
